Interpersonal/intimate relationships between staff, contractors, management or volunteers are not encouraged, as it can affect the morale of the whole team, that been said if you find you’re in a situation that you do have a personal relationship within said group please make every effort to keep the workspace professional, failure to do so could course disharmony in the team and lead to disciplinary action.
